I am in the middle of a 4 day weekend. It is raining, so I decided to take advantage of this time and make a new blog.

Since last time, I have been Mitch'd, Larkin'd, and Melissa'd.

My dad came down too, and I had the flu for two weeks. Loads of homework got did, and all of that stuff.

I also hung out with the infamous Kevin Miller twice (no photographic evidence).

Mitch lived on the Sunshine Coast for a bit. I was blessed with weekend visits.
I liked having him here because I skateboarded way more. And he is an amazing person, who I am glad I got to know even better.

We had Easter dinner at Sarah and Wesley's. I bought Isabella a balloon that was as tall as her, It was funny. I don't care if you are sick of hearing about Isabella.

I really love going to the produce stand.

I told you I don't care if you are sick of it.

We hopped on the Greyhound one weekend, we headed up to Whistler in order to get Larkin'd.

Once we got to Whistler, we lost track of Channy, Dianna and Matt, sorry guys. But that doesn't mean we didn't have fun. Mitch is the funniest person on Earth and Andy is a good host, that makes a good combination.

Whistler of course still thought it was winter, and I was dressed for Vancouver. Andy has a sweet trek into town, you walk along the highway, and then cruise a path through the woods. Then you get to walk passed a driving range where we played baseball with our skateboards and stray golf balls, Mitch was really good.

This burrito was bigger than most dogs in my neighbourhood.

Melissa came to visit, but my body decided it would be cool to get the flu. I was useless for a long time. We did manage to get out a bit, but the camera stayed fairly innactive.

I finally did it. I bought a board strictly for its art. If you don't know why this board is worthy of the wall, do your homework.

My sister is in full study mode right now, next week she writes her licensing exams so that she can be a full fledged pharmacist. This is what she needs to learn. Except about 30 huge books full of pages like this. I really look up to her.

Good bye.

All of March no post. No apologies.

This is that girl that puts up with me. I think she looks cute too.

About 1,00 years ago, Mark stayed with me. He wrote this on the mirror when he left. His grammar sucks,

After Mark was here, Joey came and stayed, he didn't write nonsense on my mirror, so I took no photos.

Isabella knows how to swing now. She can also walk, but I think swinging will get her further in life.

Why do I have a picture of a green flower? Because a very lovely older lady gave it to me, she is a cute grandmotherly type who visits with everyone at the coffee shop I read at.

I didn't take this photo, nor was I even there, but it deserves to be seen.

Jef was all like, "hey bros, you look so tough, let me take your picture." And then all these crappy blossoms came in to the shot and ruined everything. Stupid blossoms. I guess it doesn't matter, because we still look tough.

And then Jef was getting all artsy with his crooked horizon line and well composed view of Mitch's trucks, but I ruined it all. I did it on purpose though, because every photo needs some shred.

I also got to hang out with Jake and Edna in the sketchiest town in BC. Edna gave me a hug, but I can always count on Jake for the 5 second frencher.

Mitch plays a mean cigarette pack guitar.

Oh yeah, and Sluggo gave me a hug.

A lot of killer stuff has happened in the last little while, okay not little but long while. I guess a really long while.

My mom was down here for a while, Isabella turned one, my sister is quasi done school, Mark lived with me for a bit and I still love school. However I feel busier this semester so I don't blog much. With all that said, I have a good stack of photos, but you will only see what I know you want to see.

SHAVING PARTY.

I will have you know, that these photos are from my first shaving party (January 6), I have since grown another face of hair, and removed it. I am sort of liking this shave only once a month thing.

So I left to go for a bike ride yesterday, and forgot my camera. It is sort of funny that I bought the small camera, so that I could take it with my all the time, and I still forget it. I really missed out. Stanley Park got crushed by that storm a few weeks ago, but I had no idea that so much damage could be caused by mere 150km/h winds. There are trees with at least 10' diameters completely broken in half, and others of the same size uprooted. The plus side is that the whole park smells like a big sauna, and the roads are closed to cars.

So the moral of my story is that I should not be lazy with my camera.

And now back to my trip.

Can you believe that we had a Loose reunion around a game of Balderdash, and I forgot my camera? Yeah I can believe it too. What I can also believe is that those guys paired with that game make me laugh harder than anything else.

However, Matt and Lauren invited me over again the next night to have dinner with them. So I got some photos then.
The Cat is Bixby and the dog is Petunia.

Matt and I went to the Edge. Akeem tried to front.

Other sweet things at the Edge did not get photo'd they include, Blade, Bang Bang, Cliff, the new mini ramp, Matt shredding, Evan and Jesse. Ooops.

Le Tigre has gotten a bit mean. She did eventually warm up to me, but she isn't the same. Maybe when Luke brings her to his new house, she will calm down.

One of the greatest Winnipeg institutions is a tiny little blues bar called Times Change(d). I went there with these two jokers.

This is a very strong crew. Also my only photo of Blade, even though I spent a lot of time with him on this trip. It was pretty awesome to see Dave, as he lives in that really big province now, the one that I have no desire to visit.

I spent an afternoon with Luke, we walked around a bunch and nerded on Computers. This is a pretty standard scene at the Mansion. Notice the zippers in James' jeans. Carson Cartier is not alone. Also, Luke is the newest member of the Homeowners club, he takes it over in February.

Somehow I suckered this girl into giving me another chance. So for all of you who are asking the same question, the Answer is yes.

I think this is Anthony's reaction to me fronting on his sister.

Once a car is retired in Manitoba, it seems to be tradition to give it one last night out. Or maybe a night and a day. Of course I forgot my camera when we went and actually smashed it up. Well I thought I had my camera, but it was a worthless Ipod in my camera pocket. Just rest assured that anyone who loves trees would not love us. And my chest pains from the seatbelt finally subsided after 4 days.

That was my Christmas. I am so thankful for all of my friends and the Pletts for their generosity and love.
